Gift Vouchers

How do I purchase Gift Voucher/s?
You can purchase Country Patch gift vouchers for your friends & family. They can be sent either ‘electronically’ through e-mail, or as a hard copy sent through the post.

Do I have to use the total amount of the voucher at once?
No. A portion of the voucher can be used with one order and the remainder with another order at another time.

How do I redeem Gift Voucher/s?
Via Post/Fax or Email with your order.

Payment and security

Once I’ve placed my order, how long does it take?
Between ten and fourteen days. We will notify you by email if there is a further delay. You will not be charged until your order has been dispatched.

How do I purchase?
You can order from our catalogue or online with the use of our order form. Fill out the form and either phone in, post or fax back to Country Patch Clothing.

What credit cards can I use to purchase?
The following cards can be used: Mastercard,Visa Card

How safe are my Credit Card details?
When you fill out the fax form with your credit card details and fax it back, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. There are three options for payment at the moment. 1. Credit card details over the phone. 2. Our fax system ensures a safer transit. 3. Personal cheque.

What is our pricing policy?
We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogues and online store. Occasionally our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs. Special product mark downs or promotions that appear within our online store are only available online unless otherwise stated.

Do you convert my total into other currencies?
No. We will bill your credit card in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.

The Australian GST?
All prices online and instore include GST. GST is payable on all goods.
For Overseas Customers & New Zealand all prices are in Australian dollars. We deliver to various countries. If you have any questions please email us at info@countrypatch.com.au

We send everything by Express Post.

Bulk orders - Please contact us for price.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 3 attempts will be made to deliver the parcel before it is returned back to us. We also deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 10-14 working days delivery.

International Countries?
Please contact us or leave your detailed address on the order form.
It may take up to 20 working days for delivery. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the web site do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that you may occur.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item/s?
To return an item/s , please include a copy of the Invoice. If you cannot send a copy of Invoice, please include your Invoice number, billing name, and address with the item. Send the returned item/s and instructions to the address which appears at the top of the Invoice.
Goods must be returned within 2 weeks – unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

How can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange for another style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include $10.00 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia, and $12.00 for re-delivery to New Zealand (credit cards only).

No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging size (Australia only). If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 days of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes etc.) All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site and in the catalogues due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. When ordering by mail/fax , if any items requested have sold out you will be notified.

We accept no responsibility if clothes are handled outside our recommended care instructions.

To cancel any order at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
That all orders are subject to availability of stock
